Ingredients
 
 

1lb & 10oz apples or pears (or 2x 825g tins)
2 ¾ cups of white sugar
3 ½ (50g) jam setting mix

 
     
 
Directions
 
 
  1. Blend the pears until they are smooth.

  2. Heat the blended pears over a medium heat
  3. Stir in the sugar and the jam setting mix
  4. Reduce the heat to low and stir until the sugar has dissolved
  5. Once the sugar has dissolved increase the heat and boil for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat and allow to cool
  7. Slurp and spread away!
