• Permission (and maybe some help) from a grown-up

  What to do

1.Mix everything together in a big bowl EXCEPT the green food colouring

2.Mix in the green food colouring make the mixing as splotchy as you like

3. Roll the mixture into a roll like a sausage or out like you are rolling out a really long bogey and then slice it into pieces so you have about 12 round slices.

4. Flatten the slices a little bit but not too much

5. Place a wine-gum or jelly-jube in the centre of the circle and the raisin on top of that

6. Fold the edges of the circle up around the jelly jube or wine-gum until the biscuit mix almost covers the sultana.

7. Cook for about 15 minutes at 160 to 180 deg.

8. Eat your bogey biscuits!!
